The project will be successful when it achieves these metrics:
Number of App Users: Our goal is to have 10,000 app users in our first year. With 2000 of those being premium members.
Number of vending machines: At least 20 within the first year.
Annual Net Income: Approximately $40,000 within the first year. (Calculating snack reservations from non-premium app users, vendor charges, ad charges, and the annual premium membership.)
