How will customers learn about our business?
Customers will be exposed to MySnack by advertisements/branding on the machines as well as several social media platforms. Vendors who carry MySnack vending machines will also advertise through their channels.
How can you encourage referrals?
We will encourage referrals by giving users their first vending machine snack purchase of up to $2 at any location. For vendors this app will generate more traffic, increasing their profits in return. Also, we’ll only charge vendors $75/machine for the first month.
How will we connect our app with vendors POS systems?
By installing MySnack, the vending machines will operate on a perpetual inventory system. Every time a snack is sold it will be automatically recorded, with sales revenue and cost of goods sold accounted for. MySnack not only enriches the customer experience but makes life easier for the vendor.
